PIPING DESIGN & STRESS ANALYSIS

We provide piping design and stress analysis services for various industries including, power, oil and gas, petrochemical and the process industry. Our staff has a high level of expertise in piping analysis software such as AutoPIPE and CAESAR II and are well versed with the applicable ASME piping codes such as ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.3. Our Designers are proficient in Solidworks and similar piping design softwares.

TELECOM TOWER/STRUCTURE DESIGN

Our skills extend to new site builds. We are capable of designing various tower types and rooftop structures with site specific antenna and climactic loading conditions. Each design corresponds to the local design standard of the install location (eg. CSA S37-18 in Canada, or TIA/EIA-222-H in the USA). We also offer consulting services to guide our customers with what tower solution best suits their needs. Additionally, we offer design detailing services for all new tower builds to produce shop fabrication drawings, or installation drawings per customer’s requirement. All our design services are offered with white label options.

STRUCTURAL DESIGN/ANALYSIS

We offer steel structure design and analysis for both commercial and residential applications. We design with accordance to CSA-A23.3 and CSA-S16 standards for all building structures. Specializing in reinforcing structures and new sites. We also offer structure design validating to AISC standards as well as project deployment costs based on current market pricing.

PERMIT APPLICATION DRAWINGS

Servicing new and existing permit application drawings based on customer requirements. We actively participate in helping our customers apply for local municipal approval of their build projects ranging from existing building modifications and site plan layouts for land development projects. We also work with real-estate investors to plan and maximize your space use potential.
